Son Aloui

This comfortable lovely and bright country house is located in the centre of the island, just 3 km away from the village of Muro and at least 45 minutes from all points of Mallorca.

 

it has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and above all incredible open views to the countryside and the "Serra de Tramuntana".

 

There is a covered terrace in front of the living room and a water area (swimming pool) with a beautiful view of the mountain and the park of the mare.

 

Every winter I work a lot in the exterior area to make it more and more charming... I will change the photos, as work progresses.

COMMON AREAS :

- On the property there is also an annex/studio ("Son Aloui Mini") where I will stay during your holiday. This one is totally independent from the main house and you and I will keep our intimacy. You will have access to the entire property except this space.

- Soon, the 2 houses will be privatize buy a wooden fence all around "Mini Son Aloui". This will make you feel at home even more and it will keep dogs from bothering you if you do not like their company. Ask me if you want to know that I built it or not, yet ;

- We enter in the property through the main portal that we share ;

​

- "SON ALOUI" has its own parking (3 cars) ;

 

- We share the use of the washing machine that is in my area. Don't hesitate to give me your clothes to clean.

YOU ALSO NEED TO KNOW:

- Electricity is by solar panels and a generator starts automatically when necessary ;

​

- Water is from a tank (rainwater and / or truck) ...

​

- Gas hot water ;

​

- Stove and gas oven ;

​

- In winter: Central heating fuel ;

​

- There is animals in the property (2 dogs, 1 cat, 2 horses and 3 chickens). I will personally look     after them.
