Mini Son Aloui

DESCRIPTION:

Mini Son Aloui is a small, independent building set apart from the main house, Son Aloui.

​

Available from mid-October to the end of May, it offers a peaceful and private setting — ideal for those looking to focus, work remotely, or spend time in a slower, more intentional environment (minimum stay: 32 days).

​

Centrally located in the heart of the island, just 3 km from the village of Muro, it provides easy access to all parts of Mallorca while remaining surrounded by open countryside.

​

Carefully renovated in 2018 and 2024, the space offers a cosy and comfortable living area, with its own bathroom and an outdoor kitchen opening onto a private garden with wide, uninterrupted views.

​

The main room (approx. 10 m²) features high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and a manual Velux window that fills the space with natural light throughout the day.

The double bed (160 × 200 cm) sits on a custom-built wooden and metal mezzanine, accessed by a handcrafted ladder.

Beneath the mezzanine, there is a single sofa bed, storage space, and a small desk — creating a simple yet functional area for reading, working, or relaxing. In the cooler months, a wood-burning stove adds warmth and makes the space especially уютный and comfortable.

The bathroom is accessed from outside and includes a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

​

The kitchen is set under a covered outdoor terrace, a peaceful spot overlooking the countryside — perfect for breakfast, quiet moments, or working in the open air.

​

A simple, authentic space designed for those who value calm, nature, and the ability to live and work at a different pace.

- We share the use of the washing machine that is in your area, behind your bathroom… But I will be in charge of the machines.

OTHER DETAILS TO KNOW :

- There are animals in the property: dogs, cats, horses and sometimes some chickens ;

​

- The house is powered by solar panels and a generator that starts automatically when the batteries start to be low or if we use too much energy at the same time.

​

- The running water comes from a cistern which is under the main house and a pump supplies the entire property with that water.

​

- Grey water (shower, sink and bidet) go directly into a tank to water the fruit trees.
