DESCRIPTIVE:

This comfortable lovely and bright country house is located in the centre of the island, just 3 km away from the village of Muro and at least 45 minutes from all points of Mallorca.

As you enter Son Aloui through the main gate, you will find the main house on the left and, on the right, a separate stone annex, offering comfortable and well-defined spaces.

In the center of the property, a path leads to the built-in barbecue area, with stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains, the countryside, and the horse paddock. This is a perfect spot to enjoy outdoor moments and play pétanque.

Welcome to my finca!

Following the path for about 20 meters, you reach the parking area, with space for up to 4 cars.

The main house features three double bedrooms. Two of them are approximately 12 m² and are equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a desk, and storage space for clothes. The third bedroom is slightly smaller (around 10 m²), also with a 160 x 200 cm bed and storage space, offering a more intimate and peaceful atmosphere.

The main house has one shared full bathroom located next to the kitchen. It is a functional and well-organized space, equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, with designated space for each guest to keep their daily essentials.

In addition, the property offers a second full bathroom located in the outdoor area, which helps improve comfort and organization, especially for groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, fridge, and freezer, and is open to the living area. A small step leads down to the bright and welcoming living-dining room.

Large sliding doors open onto a spacious covered terrace (approx. 8 x 5 m), furnished with a large dining table for up to 10 guests. From here, you can enjoy open and beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains, the countryside, the horse paddock, the raised GREY pool (3 x 5 m), and spectacular sunsets.

The property also includes a separate stone annex that forms part of the architectural ensemble of the finca. Within this building, there is a private space reserved for the owner, used for storing personal belongings and household linen.

Next to this building, there is a pleasant summer kitchen area with a large table for up to 6 people, set under a large traditional Mallorcan tree that provides natural shade, making it the coolest and most enjoyable spot for midday meals.

In this same outdoor area, there is a second full bathroom with independent access, equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet, ideal for sharing and improving comfort during the stay.

Behind the house, there is also an outdoor space where towels can be hung and dried naturally in the open air.

Every winter I work a lot in the exterior area and the interior to make it more and more charming... I will change the photos, as work progresses.

YOU ALSO NEED TO KNOW:
Electricity is generated by solar panels, with a backup generator that starts automatically when needed.

Running water comes from a cistern (rainwater and/or delivered by truck).

– The washing machine is located near the studio. I personally handle the laundry service, which is available at an additional cost.

Hot water is provided by a gas water heater.

– The stove and oven are gas-powered.

– In winter, the house is heated by an oil-fired central heating system.

There are animals on the property — cats, dogs, horses, and occasionally a few chickens.
During your stay, I’ll be staying in the neighboring property, and the animals stay with me there. However, they love human company and will likely come visit you from time to time. For this reason, it’s best if you’re comfortable around animals.

Also, the horses have their stables and part of their play area on the main property. Each day, either I or a trusted person will discreetly come by to feed them, clean their enclosure, and work with them — always with full respect for your privacy and peace.
It is very important that you do not feed the animals under any circumstances — especially while you're cooking or sitting at the table. They may try to convince you otherwise, but for their well-being (and yours), it’s essential to remain firm with them.
